Viewing invoices & payment history
Access your invoices and manage payment methods.
Viewing invoices
Go to Dashboard → Billing to see your complete payment history, including:
- Invoice date and amount
- Payment status
- Plan at time of billing
Updating payment method
- Go to Dashboard → Billing
- Click Update payment method
- Enter your new card details
- Click Save
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we'll retry up to 3 times over 7 days. You'll receive email notifications for each failed attempt. If all retries fail, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.
To resolve, update your payment method in Billing and the next retry will use the new card.
