Prohibited Activities
- Abuse or bypass of rate limits, quotas, or authentication controls.
- Using data for unlawful surveillance, harassment, or discrimination.
- Scanning, DDoS, or attacking third-party networks or services.
- Reselling or redistributing Predax data without permission.
- Storing or transmitting credentials, PII, or PCI in plaintext.
Data Handling
- Cache data only as permitted by your plan and applicable law.
- Do not combine Predax data with other datasets to deanonymize users.
- Secure API keys, tokens, and secrets; rotate if compromise is suspected.
Service Integrity
- No automated traffic intended to degrade service quality.
- No attempts to reverse engineer or clone the service.
- Respect robots.txt and third-party acceptable use when applicable.

- Violations may lead to throttling, suspension, or termination.
